Missing Footprints

By Bhawna Sharma
Walking on the same road,

I can’t find those footprints beside me.

Those hands don’t pat my back anymore,

We five changed to four.
Walking on the same road,
I can’t find those footprints beside me.
Now those tress make noise,
But I can’t find your voice.
Walking on the same road,
I can’t find those footprints beside me.

I can’t see that smile waving all around,

Even if I look up in the sky or deep in the ground.

Am I walking in a wrong way?
I feel astray.
