Just opposite the GIP, ‘The Burbees’ is in its 14th month, serving up the best of burgers, shakes, classic pizzas and rock ’n’ roll to the brightly-clad faithful. It’s one of the latest restaurant in the most happening area of Noida, Sector 18.
Alongside a shop selling biker bits and bobs and above Archies, this Shed contains an upmarket cafe/restaurant for bougie dedicated pedestrians.
In fact, its faint smell of smoking pepper chicken sizzler and the chicken and fried egg burger being served inside gives the game away.
Bacon, anyone? Yes ofcourse! The Bacon and Egg shall do more than need full.
Chicken and Humus with Pita is one Lebanese dish that brings your eyes on to it, on the table.
Everything under the Dhaba Style on the menu, is served with all the love it needs to be served with.
Say Chinese and you’ll have an extremely smooth gravied Manchurian dish for yourself.
With semi-wooden side bars up one side and red leather booths down the other, Burbees looks like any other trendy arch-based eatery. Burgers, bangers and other shakes like the sweet kulfi shake and caff staples share a menu with superfood salads and detox juices and drooling nutella shakes on the other side.
Watermelon mojito, and kuch nahi is what you need for a perfect chill and it’s right there on the menu waiting for you.
There’s an extensive breakfast/brunch selection, a long list of quick sips, and little munchies.
Both of our burgers – one meat, one veggie – were accomplished and generous, piled high with onion rings and served in brioche buns with homemade gherkins and coleslaw.
Crispy chicken patty and fritters made a great starter. Prices are decent, and the portions are hefty enough to refuel even the biggest and beardiest of us. There’s good coffee, free wifi and Electronic Dance and House music on stereo. Flat-white cool welded into modern classic creates a mixed art on the second floor : it’s an odd combo, but it turns out it can really motor.
