1. Diet Hack
Want to shed off those extra kilos? Want a slimmer waistline? You can achieve the ideal weight you want without exercise with one simple rule.
AVOID Mangoshakes & Banana Shakes at all costs, specially during the evening. Why you may ask? Our body’s fat burning process or metabolism slows down after sunset.
Try keeping your meals lighter post 7pm.
2. Injurious to Health
Some outworn practises in the kitchen may cost you your life. Mixing Ghee (clarified butter) and Honey in equal proportions act like slow poison for your body and can cause a host of dangerous consequences like internal poisoning and artery blockage.
It can also harm the liver and hamper bile production. Be careful what you cook!
3. Booze till you snooze! (Or digest)
Apart from helping digestion, Red wine gives you glowing skin. Researchers from Harvard Medical School reported that red wine has anti-aging properties. Specifically, resveratrol was the compound found to have the beneficial effect. The resveratrol in wine comes from the skins of red grapes. Blueberries, cranberries and nuts are also sources of resveratrol.
4. Salad, or faux pas?
According to the ancient, revered science of Ayurveda, that prides itself on fighting deadening diseases using medicinal herbs, Lemon & Cucumber are actually incompatible. A common mistake we all make while trying hands at cooking is to mix the two in salads. Don’t do that as it is not good for the body.
5. Nutritional needs
2 tablespoons of Ghee everyday are an absolute necessity for our body.

It is the best detox you need to get rid of all unwanted toxins from your body. It sets our metabolism ready for the long day’s intake.
8. Eat Smart
Time to ditch wheat and switch to a healthier, almost alike alternative.
Bran fulfills all your nutritional needs at a much lower calorie count than Whole Wheat. Bran is also the superfood that helps aid diabetes (type 2) and clears the colon to fight constipation. It keeps your excretory system intact by increasing bowel frequency.
9. Is the Food Processing industry fooling you?
When on a detox diet, try to intake as many homemade, fresh juices.
Cold pressed juices available in the market have been found containing preservatives. Some great detox juices can be made with Eucalyptus, Amla, Lemon and Oranges.
10. Try Gluten free alternatives
There’s one gluten free option for nutella too! Vegan ice creams and vegan cheese might seem a good option to try! All you need to do is look for it.
